These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Danny Weiland, doing business as Corbing™ (“Corbing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms govern your use of discoveryourcore.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of, access to, or participation in Corbing™ programs, memberships, digital content, training programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website, creating an account, purchasing or beginning a program, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.
Corbing™ provides fitness, exercise, movement, strength, conditioning, mobility, balance, and educational programming. Programs may include, among other things:
Programs vary in difficulty and may include Foundation, Flow, Performance, Advanced, Advanced+, Mastery, specialty programs, and other programming offered from time to time.
Program descriptions are intended to help users select an appropriate level but are not medical assessments or guarantees of suitability.
PHYSICAL EXERCISE INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS.
Corbing™ programs may involve strenuous activity, unstable surfaces, weights, exercise equipment, balance challenges, dynamic movement, cardiovascular exertion, and complex movement patterns.
These activities can result in falls, strains, sprains, fractures, cardiovascular events, serious injury, disability, or, in rare circumstances, death. You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating.
Before beginning any Corbing™ program, particularly if you have an injury, illness, medical condition, disability, pregnancy, cardiovascular condition, balance issue, or other health concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Corbing™, its owners, coaches, contractors, and representatives are not physicians and do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or individualized medical advice unless expressly identified otherwise.
Nothing provided through Corbing™ should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional healthcare.
STOP EXERCISING IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK APPROPRIATE MEDICAL CARE IF YOU EXPERIENCE CHEST PAIN, FAINTING, SEVERE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, SIGNIFICANT DIZZINESS, SUDDEN OR SEVERE PAIN, OR OTHER CONCERNING SYMPTOMS.
By voluntarily participating in Corbing™ programming, you acknowledge that exercise and physical activity involve inherent and other risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with participating in the activities you choose to perform.

Participation is voluntary. NOTE: Corbing™ may require a separate informed-consent and liability waiver before participation. That document is separate from these Website Terms and may contain additional legally significant provisions.
Individual fitness results vary substantially. Results depend on factors including consistency, effort, prior fitness level, health, nutrition, sleep, genetics, program adherence, technique, and other circumstances. Corbing™ does not guarantee:

Certain Corbing™ programs may be delivered using Everfit or another third-party platform.

Corbing™ does not control and is not responsible for interruptions, outages, modifications, security incidents, or other acts or omissions of third-party platforms except to the extent required by applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
You represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. Unless expressly permitted for a particular program, purchasers must be at least 18 years old. Participation by minors may require a parent or legal guardian to provide consent, execute applicable agreements, and supervise participation.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by program. By submitting payment information, you authorize Corbing™ and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amounts disclosed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added where required.
We may modify pricing for future purchases or renewal periods subject to applicable law and any notice requirements.
Certain Corbing™ programs may include a 14-day free trial. The checkout page will disclose the applicable trial terms, subscription price, billing frequency, and other material conditions before enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION WILL BEGIN AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOUR 14-DAY FREE TRIAL ENDS UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL EXPIRES.
By enrolling in a free trial, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged automatically when the trial ends and thereafter according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Only one promotional free trial may be permitted per person or account unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency disclosed during checkout until canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the disclosed price, plus applicable taxes. Before completing enrollment, you will be shown the material terms of the recurring subscription, including its price and billing frequency. You may cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided through your account or communicated during checkout. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily result in a refund of charges already incurred except where required by law or expressly provided by Corbing™.
You may cancel a recurring subscription using the cancellation method provided through the applicable account, platform, or by contacting:
To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed before the next billing date.
Access may continue through the end of the already-paid subscription period unless otherwise disclosed.
Except as expressly stated in the applicable refund policy or required by law, payments are non-refundable once charged.
Final Sale: All fees, dues, and charges related to fitness programs, coaching, personal training packages, and digital products are non-refundable.
No Partial Refunds: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, unused program weeks, or unattended sessions.
Early Termination: If you choose to terminate your program or membership agreement early, you remain responsible for all charges owed through the end of the current billing period or contract term.
Exceptions: Management reserves the right to issue account credits in rare, extenuating circumstances (such as a documented medical disability preventing use), but this does not constitute a waiver of this policy for future occurrences.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Purchasing a program provides you with a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the applicable Corbing™ materials for your own personal fitness purposes during the applicable access period. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the program or its intellectual property to you.
Corbing™, Discover Your Core™, Discover Your Flow™, Corbing programming, movement sequences, program structures, videos, graphics, logos, photographs, written materials, instructional content, Website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Corbing™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
Personal use of the program does not grant a license to teach, certify, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Corbing™ method.
CORBING™, its logos, program names, branding, and related marks are trademarks or claimed trademarks of their respective owner. Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Corbing™ trademarks except as necessary to identify the Services.

Corbing™ does not control third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or platforms and is not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
CORBING™ DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not warrant that the Website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORBING™, ITS OWNER(S), EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any separate liability waiver or participant agreement accepted in connection with a Corbing™ program will apply according to its terms and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corbing™, its owner(s), affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, engage in fraudulent activity, threaten the security of our systems, or engage in abusive or unlawful conduct. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Fitness programming evolves. Corbing™ may reasonably modify exercises, schedules, program structures, instructional materials, platform features, coaches, or other components of a program.
Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any commitments made at purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Any venue or dispute-resolution provision should be reviewed by licensed counsel before publication.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, any applicable participant waiver, checkout terms, and program-specific terms constitute the applicable agreement between you and Corbing™ concerning the Services.
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on the Website with its “Last Updated” date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become effective.
